60 of 365: no ads

this shot was taken in the parking lot of ortigas home depot and these lights are usually covered by ads. on this occasion the ads were probably taken down to be replaced by new ones.

59 of 365: sugod! (charge!)

a friend was acting in a sarsuala (a musical of sorts) entitled walang sugat (no wound) and we watched it show our support. it was also the perfect opportunity to practice taking some shots with low light and different kinds of lighting and effects. this shot was one of my favorites, it was a battle scene and there were smoke and various lighting effects in play.

while walking around eastwood city we saw this thing called the bungee fun. while watching kids (and a few adults) give it a go, i thought this would be the perfect opportunity for me to practice taking some action shots. this shot is not one of the sharpest but i liked how it came out.

i’m an anime fan and this is just one of my little anime toys in my cube. (the other two blurred out in the background are some of the others) inoue is one of the characters from the anime bleach.

took this shot from a mural at the office. it’s actually much bigger but this section of it called to me.

used my iphone to get this shot. i focused on the ceiling lights reflected on surface of my iphone to get this effect.

this was from week 2 of the mall of asia pyromusical. like the last time we still didn’t get to hear much of the music but at least this time we got closer to the actual venue. this particular shot was from first country for the night, the united kingdom. it was really difficult picking just one photo for this day, there were a lot of shots i really liked.
